This just in. Strong earthquake of 7.0 magnitude near Japan and soon enough Tsunami is expected to hit Japan near Okinawa islands. Hope it's not too bad. Will try to keep updating.

1. Chile is not near Japan
2. magnitude was 8.8 and not 7
3. there are numerous news sites for breaking news. blogs are the last web pages I would go for news :P

Dude, we are talking about two different earthquakes here. The one I am talking about this one : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Japan_earthquake Which thankfully turned out to be much less harmful than originally thought.
